1° DAY
WALKING IN ASTI
Arrival at Asti and hotel.
Guided tour of the town starting from the historical centre passing through ancient narrow streets, elegant squares, with towers and churches with witness streets, its thousand years history.
Stop over at hotel.

2° DAY
ON THE FRANCIGENA WAY
Breakfast  hotel.
We leave the town heading North to explore the ancient roman road passing along the Francigena way in the middle ages. You will find tiny ancient churches many of which can be visited some with small adjoining countryside graveyards showing the passing of pilgrims coming from Rome.
The tour continues towards Vezzolano to visit the Abbey of Santa Maria, the most important romantic monument in Piedmont.
Lastly stop at Cocconato to visit the picturesque old historical centre and tasting of one of the wine cellary.
