There's a place between the Langhe and Roero areas where wine bottles are deposited in a bank... hundred of bottles of wine!
This "wine bank" was estabilised to preserve and select the best wines produced in the area, giving the opportunity to discover wines and its culture, show how Italian wines are produced to the world. |

DAY 2°
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning free to visit the town of Pollenzo, today considered by the Unesco one of the worlds wonders for its castles and surrounding villages such as Cherasco medieval city full of historic and cultural testimony, well known as capital of Italy for snail breeding. Visit the castle of san Vittoria D'Alba here from the ancient walls panoramic views of the Langhe area can be admired.
Returning to the hotel, possibility to do a guided trekking tour or go in an air ballon (weather permitting) over the Langhe areas.

DAY 1°
Arrive at Pollenzo, once settled in room available at your hotel.
A welcome Apertif with tasty local starters will be served to make you feel at home.
Afternoon visit the Wine Bank, tasting some of the best local wines of the area, admiring methods how wine is produced, understanding local historic and cultural influences on the wine produced.
Dinner in hotel.
Night accommodation.
